How we targeted over half a million users throughout nine platforms on three selected markets

CHALLENGE
The world of interior design is highly influenced by custom-made furniture with various decors available in almost every material. Elgrad recognized this potential and opened its first store in Zagreb in 1994. Now, they have 11 stores in three selected markets. Their goal is to encourage ordinary customers, not just professionals, to start visiting and exploring all the available materials and furniture fittings.
SOLUTION
Using enticing images and videos throughout nine different platforms, social media, and over 30 different ad versions, we successfully activated the consumer's primary senses – sight, hearing, and touch. We localized the ads and targeted the population that is most likely to visit the store.
The store visits increased between 5 and 10% during the campaign, depending on location - Vienna, Zagreb, Varaždin, Sisak, Rijeka, Zadar, Pula, Slavonski Brod, Sarajevo, Banja Luka. Once again, we have achieved our goal!
